Services Offered: Isolation Companionship Mentoring Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Active Listening Compassionate and Empathetic Communication Therapeutic Companionship Our mentoring services aim to address the issues of isolation with compassion and provide support through proven techniques such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to help with increased anxiety resulting from isolation. Increasing isolation can have detrimental effects on both our physical and mental well-being. It can lead to feelings of loneliness, depression, and anxiety, which in turn can impact our overall health. During times of heightened isolation, it is crucial to seek support and connection to mitigate these negative consequences. Our goal is to provide a safe space where individuals can find solace and understanding during challenging times. Our mentors are here to offer guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear to help navigate through feelings of isolation and distress. Cancellation Policy
Welcome! We are excited to have you join us here at The Zen Panda at AKay One Love Design We are dedicated to providing guidance and support to any individuals seeking personal guidance, and more. Please read the following policies before participating in our services: 1. Non-Refundable Service: All sessions booked with The Zen Panda for Zen Mentoring Service and Dream Interpretation service are non-refundable. We believe in the value of the guidance and wisdom provided during these sessions, and therefore do not offer refunds once a session has been scheduled and paid for. 2. Rescheduling Policy: If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, they may reschedule for a different date and time, based on availability. Participants must notify us at least 12 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a session. 3. Wise Intention and Kindness: We ask all participants to practice wise intention with their actions and be kind and compassionate towards themselves and others during their sessions. Remember, our mentors are here to guide and support you on your journey. 4. Confidentiality: All information shared is strictly confidential. Our mentors will not and cannot disclose any personal information shared during these sessions without the participant's explicit consent. 5. Specialists Qualifications: The mentors in our program are highly qualified and equipped to support you through their extensive education, cultured and diverse backgrounds, and life experiences. Each mentor has undergone rigorous training and possesses the necessary credentials to guide you on your personal and professional journey. Their diverse backgrounds and experiences ensure that you will receive comprehensive and tailored guidance to help you achieve your goals. Trust in the expertise and knowledge of our mentors to provide you with the support and encouragement you need to succeed. 6. Code of Conduct: We expect all participants to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful towards others will not be tolerated 7.
