As the leaves change their colors and the air turns crisp, we find ourselves transitioning into the beautiful season of fall. But with October comes more than just a change in the weather; it often brings a shift in our moods. It's not uncommon to feel a bit low as the days grow shorter and the temperatures drop. However, I've found a fantastic way to combat those autumn blues: a self-care routine centered around mindfulness-based art therapy.
